Terms of service

Effective 17 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between Suprfree (“we”) and the business that subscribes to Suprfree (“you”). Your order form or plan confirmation, the Data Processing Addendum and the Privacy policy form part of them. They are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and need no signature.

1. The service

Suprfree connects to the stores, marketplaces, couriers and ad accounts you choose and shows what your orders earn after costs, with reports, recommended actions and, on plans that include them, WhatsApp messaging and marketplace reconciliation. Features depend on your plan and on what each connected platform makes available through its API.

2. Accounts and access

  • You must be a business, and the person accepting these terms must be authorised to bind it.
  • Keep logins private. Each login is for one named person. You're responsible for activity under your account and for removing people who leave.
  • Tell us at once at support@suprfree.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your data

  • You own your business data and your customers' data. We use it only to provide and improve the service for you, as the Data Processing Addendum describes.
  • You are the Data Fiduciary for your customers. You confirm you have given them the notice and obtained the consent the DPDP Act requires, including separate opt-in for WhatsApp marketing, and that you may share their data with us.
  • You authorise us to access connected accounts with the permissions you grant, and you can revoke that access at any time from Connections.
  • You can export your data while subscribed and for 30 days after the subscription ends. After that we delete it, except where law requires us to keep it.

4. Acceptable use

You won't:

  • send WhatsApp messages to people who haven't opted in, or content that breaks Meta's WhatsApp Business policies or Indian law
  • upload data you have no right to use, or data of children without verifiable parental consent
  • try to access other customers' data, probe or overload the service, or get around plan limits or security controls
  • resell or give third parties access to the service, or copy it to build a competing product

We may suspend access that puts the service, other customers or the public at risk, and will tell you why.

5. Figures and recommendations

Suprfree calculates profit, return rates, courier costs and advertising returns from the data your platforms provide and the costs you enter. Results are only as accurate as that data: platforms delay, sample, round or withhold figures (for example Google Analytics hides small groups, and ad platforms attribute sales differently from your store). Recommendations and one-click actions are decision support. You remain responsible for pricing, advertising, tax, accounting and legal decisions, and for checking any action before relying on it. Nothing in Suprfree is tax, legal or financial advice.

6. Plans, fees and taxes

  • Fees are as shown in your plan or order form, billed monthly or yearly in advance, and exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate.
  • WhatsApp messages are charged per message at the rates shown in the app, which include Meta's conversation charges.
  • Usage above plan limits (orders, users, contacts, messages) needs an add-on or upgrade. We'll tell you before any limit stops a feature.
  • Unpaid invoices more than 15 days overdue may lead to suspension after notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law or these terms say otherwise.
  • We may change prices with 30 days' notice, effective from your next billing period.

7. Availability and support

We aim for the service to be available at all times apart from planned maintenance, which we schedule outside Indian business hours where possible. Data from connected platforms depends on those platforms being available. Support is by email at support@suprfree.com, on business days.

8. Confidentiality and security

Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for this agreement. We protect your data with the measures described on our Security page and notify you of a personal data breach without undue delay.

9. Intellectual property

We own Suprfree, its software, designs and know-how. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business during your subscription. If you send feedback, we may use it without obligation.

10. Warranties and liability

  • We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, it is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows.
  • Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or lost profits, revenue or data, even if foreseeable. Each party's total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
  • These limits don't apply to your payment obligations, a party's breach of confidentiality, or liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Term and ending

Your subscription renews each billing period until cancelled. Either party can end it at the end of a billing period with notice in the app or by email, or immediately if the other materially breaches these terms and doesn't fix it within 15 days of notice. On ending, access stops and section 3's export and deletion terms apply.

12. Changes to these terms

We'll give 30 days' notice of material changes. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first try to settle a dispute by good-faith discussion for 30 days. Unresolved disputes go to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Mumbai, Maharashtra, in English. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction for interim relief.
