The brand decides how your data is used, so contact the brand first: it can download or erase your data in Suprfree straight away. If the brand doesn't respond, write to us with the brand's name and the phone number or email you used to order, and we'll take it up with them.
To stop WhatsApp messages from a brand, reply STOP to the message or ask the brand. It takes effect for all future marketing messages.
If you use Suprfree
Account owners can change their details and password in Settings. For anything else, write to us.
